The purpose of these General Conditions of Use of this website is to regulate the browsing of the website www.lifeinfusion.eu.
Browsing the website fully implies acceptance as a user. The user undertakes to make correct use of the website in accordance with the law, good faith, public order, the uses of traffic, and to comply with the general conditions of this Legal Notice as well as to abide by the special warnings or instructions for use contained therein or on the website, using due diligence and refraining from using the website for any action that may cause any kind of damage to it. The user shall be liable to the owner of the website or to third parties for any damage and/or harm that may be caused because of non-compliance with this obligation. Barcelona Metropolitan Area may modify the website in order to make any changes and modifications it deems appropriate and considers necessary for its proper functioning, without prior notice.
CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE
The Barcelona Metropolitan Area provides free and unrestricted access to the contents of its website www.lifeinfusion.eu.
The contents to which the user may have access belong to the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona, to all the partners of the LIFE INFUSION project and/or to duly authorised third parties.
The user assumes responsibility for the use of the portal.
The user guarantees the authenticity and timeliness of all data provided through the website www.lifeinfusion.eu and shall be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made. Access and use of the portal is prohibited to minors without the express consent of their parents, www.lifeinfusion.eu is not responsible for the veracity and accuracy of the data filled in by the user and therefore cannot verify the age of theme.
The user assumes responsibility for the use of the portal, that is to say, he/she expressly undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services of www.lifeinfusion.eu and therefore undertakes to:
1. To provide truthful information about the data requested in the forms available to the user.
2. Not to use false identities or impersonate others when using the website or any of its services.
3. Not to disseminate content that is criminal, violent, pornographic, racist, xenophobic, offensive, in defence of terrorism or, in general, contrary to the law, public order or human rights.

www.lifeinfusion.eu aims to provide optimum product information, taking care to avoid typographical errors. If, in spite of this, any error of this type should occur, beyond the control of www.lifeinfusion.eu, it will be corrected immediately.
All the information and conditions on www.lifeinfusion.eu are shown in Spanish, Catalan, Italian and English.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
All the content published by the Barcelona Metropolitan Area on the website (including but not limited to designs, texts, graphics, logos, icons, buttons, images, videos, software, trade names, trademarks or industrial designs and any other distinctive signs of any kind that may be used industrially and commercially) are subject to the intellectual and industrial property rights of the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona, the members of the LIFE INFUSION project consortium, or of third party owners who have duly authorised their inclusion on the website www.lifeinfusion.eu , all rights reserved. Under no circumstances shall it be understood that any licence is granted or that any waiver, transfer, total or partial assignment of said rights is made, nor shall any right or expectation of right be conferred, and in particular, of alteration, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication of said contents to the user, without the prior express authorisation of LIFE INFUSION or of the corresponding owners, beyond what is strictly necessary for the correct use of the website.
Any action on the contents without the express authorisation of the owner will be considered an infringement of the exploitation rights, and the relevant legal consequences will follow.
The user undertakes to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights, and may view the elements of the portal and even print, copy and store them on the hard drive of their computer or any other physical medium provided that it is solely and exclusively for their personal and private use. The user must abstain from deleting, altering, evading or manipulating any protection device or security system installed on the pages of www.lifeinfusion.eu.
RESPONSIBILITY

Metropolitan Area of Barcelona accepts no liability for any damages that may arise from interferences, omissions, interruptions of any kind, computer viruses, breakdowns and/or disconnections in the operational functioning of this electronic system or in the computer apparatus and equipment of users, caused by reasons beyond the control of www.lifeinfusion.eu, which prevent or delay the provision of services or browsing the website, or delays or blockages in use caused by deficiencies or overloading of the Internet or other electronic systems, or the impossibility of providing the service or allowing access for reasons beyond the control of www.lifeinfusion.eu, due to the user, third parties, or force majeure. AOMB does not control, in general terms, the use that users make of the website. In particular, A Metropolitan Area of Barcelona is in no way responsible for ensuring that users use the website in accordance with the law, these General Conditions, generally accepted morals and good customs and public order, nor that they do so in a diligent and prudent manner.
PRIVACY POLICY
In compliance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI – CE) and Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, as well as its Development Regulation by Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, we inform you that the personal data that you voluntarily provide us with through the various entry forms, provided for this purpose on the website www.lifeinfusion.eu or any other collection channel, will be included in the file called “INFUSION_datos” under the responsibility of the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona, in order to provide the information requested by the user, as well as the internal management of the project. The purposes envisaged also include responses to any queries that may be made, as well as any other situation in which it is necessary for the management between the company and the client under optimum conditions.
Likewise, the user of www.lifeinfusion.eu, by voluntarily providing their personal data through the different entry forms provided for this purpose on the website, expressly authorises that their data may be used to send commercial communications and advertising offers about LIFEINFUSION products and services that may be of interest to them by any means. This tool does not obtain data on the names or surnames of users or the postal address from which they connect. The information obtained is related, for example, to the number of pages visited, the language, the social network in which LIFE INFUSION news is published, the city to which the IP address from which users access the website is assigned, the number of users who visit the website, the frequency and recurrence of visits, the time of visit, the browser used, the operator or type of terminal from which the visit is made.
MODIFICATIONS
Metropolitan Area of Barcelona reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any modifications it deems appropriate to its portal, as well as to the conditions set out herein, and may change, delete or add both the content and services provided through the portal and the way in which they are presented or located on its portal. The LIFE INFUSION project consortium will pursue the breach of these conditions, as well as any improper use of its portal, exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond to it by law.

Metropolitan Area of Barcelona may modify the conditions set forth herein at any time, and they will be duly published.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
For the resolution of all disputes or questions related to this website or the activities carried out on it, Spanish legislation shall apply, to which the parties expressly submit themselves, and the corresponding Courts and Tribunals shall be competent for the resolution of all disputes arising from or related to its use, according to the place of fulfilment of the obligation or the place of residence of the purchasing party.
