Today is March 8, that means that it is the International Women’s Day!
This day commemorates the cultural, political and socioeconomic achievements of women around the world. The main objectives are to focus global attention on the state of women when it comes to gender equality, bias, stereotypes and discrimination, in order to make the world more diverse, equitable and inclusive for women. The global theme for the IWD in 2022 is “Changing Climates: Equality Today for a Sustainable Tomorrow”.
In LIFE INFUSION project, we work in line with the statement of equality and, specially, with this year theme. Not only are the 53% of people involved in the project women but also, even the project coordinator is. Therefore, taking advantage of this day, we would like to thank you Aina Soler, Amanda Mansachs, Anna Puertas, Anna Belén Mena, Beatriz del Castillo, Carme Biel, Carme Bosch, Caroline Sielfeld, Claudia Lupi, Eloisa Albacete, Eva Martínez, Flavia Pastorino, Glòria Sánchez, Gracia Martínez, Isabel Rojo, Jessica Jimenez, Julia Hereza, Marina Ordorika, Marta Casao, Marta Gomez, Núria Hernandez, Rafaela Cáceres and Ruth Crespo -23 amazing women-, their great and hard work in the field of innovation and at the same time, they are part of the INFUSION team.
