After a great dedication, the Communication Strategy has already been drafted by the communication agency Both People & Comms, of recognized prestige in the sector. It is currently being implemented.
The strategy consists of a Communication Plan and a Digital Strategy, which include a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) of the project in the field of dissemination, the definition of communication objectives, the basis of the strategy to be followed, as well as specific proposals on publications in the different communication channels. The main motivation is to make the project known with a message adapted to each type of target audience.
